Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, the form collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred date, guest and room requirements, enquiry type and message. It also records the page and campaign parameters that led to the enquiry so the hotel can understand its booking channels.

How it is used

The information is sent to the reservations team so they can respond, prepare relevant availability or event information, and assist with your request. Booking and payment information entered in the Stayflexi booking engine is handled under that service’s own terms.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information should be retained only as long as needed for reservations, guest service and applicable record-keeping. To ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry, contact reservations@ghanerao.com.

Abuse prevention

The enquiry service temporarily counts requests from a network address to reduce automated spam. These short-lived counters are used only for service protection.

Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Please do not send card details, passwords or identity documents through the general enquiry form.
